Speco Technologies® Warranties
Speco Technologies®’ warranty does not cover products that have been subjected to misuse, neglect, accidents, improper installation, or use contrary to the instructions provided by Speco Technologies®. The warranty is void for units that have been repaired or altered by unauthorized parties or outside of Speco’s facilities. Additionally, the warranty does not apply to broken cases, batteries, or other physically damaged components.
At the customer’s request and expense, Speco Technologies® will repackage merchandise in new cartons, replace missing accessories, and return the products in resalable condition. Unless otherwise instructed, all merchandise will be returned in the packaging in which it was originally received.
This warranty supersedes all other expressed or implied warranties and excludes any obligations or liabilities beyond those explicitly stated. Speco Technologies® does not authorize any representative or third party to assume obligations or liabilities on its behalf.
Speco Technologies® is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its products, nor for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control. Please note that some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of consequential damages. As a result, these limitations may not apply to all customers.
This warranty provides specific legal rights and may grant additional rights that vary by state. For further details, including any limitations and exclusions, please refer to the warranty statement included with the product.This warranty applies exclusively to products listed in Speco Technologies®’ current price schedule.
